Mediation

The team of Ponet & LVP Advocaten contains several lawyers who are accredited mediators in civil and commercial cases.

As mediators, our lawyers aim to make sure that dossiers are resolved in a swift, cost-efficient and professional manner, outside the spotlight of the courts.

Our approved mediators are regularly appointed by the courts.  Parties can also contact us if they choose mediation instead of going to court.
